If a 'full day' is defined as a 24 hour block from 9am till 9am the following day, and Check-in and Check-out times are strictly* between 7am-9am or 4pm-6pm, then:

- you will be charged the full day if you Check-in between 7am-9am or 4pm-6pm.
- you won't be charged another full day if you Check-out between 7am-9am.
- you will be charged another full day if you Check-out between 4pm-6pm.

*it is important to realize that between 5am-7am, 9am-4pm, and 6pm until late, we are busy working and cannot accommodate Check-in and Check-out requests between these hours.

- please bring your dogs food and label it with your dogs name
- raw food carries an administration fee of $10
- an additional fee of $20 will apply if you are asked to supply equipment such as a freezer to store your dogs raw food during their stay
- We will supply bedding, bowls, and toys

No. Each dog requires individual resources (crates, cleaning, training etc) so we are unable to offer multiple dog discounts at this stage.

- Dogs picked up before or after their bookings dates will incur an additional fee of $20 per day of loss
