Our Drop-Off and/or Pick-Up Times or ‘ON-Hours’ are between:

– 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
– 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

1. If your dog is dropped off and/or picked up before/after ‘ON-Hours’, you will be charged a time penalty fee of $20.

   If your dog isn’t dropped off/picked up by 9:30 am and/or 6:30 pm without prior communication, no choice but to continue our day/night and we will have to charge you an additional day, and you will need to drop off/pick up at the next available ‘On-Hours’ window.

2. 1. Notification:

• Please notify us if you anticipate being late or cannot attend. While notification does not waive the Off-Hour fees in the event you may be late, it helps us ensure your dog(s) and other clients dogs are properly cared for during this time.
  
  In the event your dog is absent/cannot attend and you haven’t given prior notice and we have to contact you during ‘Off Hours’, you will be charged 1 full day + 1 days leave will be deducted.
  

  Payment:

  • Off-Hours fees will be added to your next invoice under ‘Services’

  Exceptions:

  We recognize that unexpected delays or early arrivals (e.g., due to traffic or emergencies) can happen, and we’ll work with you if notified in advance. To maintain smooth operations and respect for all clients and staff, please adhere to our standard hours and communicate any changes promptly.

  Policy Enforcement:

  • This policy is in place to ensure the well-being of all dogs in our care and to maintain our operational schedule. Consistent Off-Hour drop-offs or pick-ups may result in a service eligibility review.
